John Elkann to Step Down from 麻豆果冻传媒 Board
New York, NY – September 30, 2016 鈥� 麻豆果冻传媒 announced today that John Elkann will step down from the Board of Directors of the company, effective immediately.
Mr. Elkann, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EXOR S.p.A., has been a member of the Board since the launch of the 鈥渘ew鈥� 麻豆果冻传媒聽as an independent, publicly traded company following the separation of its businesses from 21st Century Fox in June 2013.

Mr. Elkann is leaving the Board in light of the increased demands of his role as Chairman and CEO of EXOR S.p.A.鈥� and at EXOR’s largest investments including FCA Group and the newly acquired Partner Re.
